Last March 2026 (24th, 25th and 26th), GREENTECH AMERICAS was held in the city of Querétaro (Mexico). This event is specialised in the production sector of high-value crops in controlled environments, bringing together more than 200 companies from around 50 different countries. It has become the leading meeting point in Latin America, where both agricultural professionals and the world’s main suppliers of cutting-edge technologies for greenhouse crop development come together (greenhouse builders, irrigation systems, automation, seed houses, phytosanitary products, biological products, etc.).

For this edition, and as part of its strategy of introduction and development into the Latin American markets, INTA CROP TECHNOLOGY took part for the first time with a stand where the technical and commercial team, made up of Antonio Marhuenda (General Manager), Jaime Molina (Technical Support) and César Ruiz (Delegate for Mexico and LATAM), introduced the brand, presenting its technology and some of its equipment, fertigation systems and climate control, as well as promoting its services for the American continent.
The development of EXPO GREENTECH AMERICAS created a favourable environment for direct contact with technicians/growers, farmers and professionals in the sector, allowing us to learn about the current needs of the field regarding fertigation, climate control and management technologies.
For INTA, the Expo provided an opportunity to present part of its catalogue to the public, such as the ALLMIX COMPACT and CDN PROFLOW fertigation equipment, which offer functionality and robustness, as well as the ability to integrate climate control for greenhouses, together with a design and engineering that aroused interest among attendees. In addition, various sensors were presented, such as the WS-20 WEATHER STATION, the VENTILATED TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY PROBE STH, and the SENTEK Triscan probes for monitoring soil temperature, humidity and salinity, and as an essential part: SYSINTA, the management and remote control software and system developed by INTA. Another activity carried out during the Expo was the open lecture entitled “Advanced fertigation strategies in hydroponic cultivation, using smart trays, sensors and climate control,” delivered by our General Manager, who clearly and practically explained the application of INTA technologies for the development and control of hydroponic crops.
Finally, we would like to emphasise that EXPO GREENTECH AMERICAS 2026 met the expectations generated, and at INTA we would like to thank all the participants, speakers and visitors for the interest shown. We would also like to point out that we are already preparing for next year’s event, where we will have a stand ready to welcome you, talk and showcase the solutions that INTA has been developing and which can be adapted to Latin American field production.
See you at the next GREENTECH AMERICAS 2027 in Querétaro.
